Afternoon Daytime rental 1:00pm-4:00pm: $1,750.00

Sunday-Tuesday Nighttime rental: $2,450.00 (4 Hour Event Rental)

Wednesday-Saturday Nighttime rental : $2,950.00 (4 Hour Event Rental)

1/2 Day Rental (Beginning at 1:00pm): $5,500.00

All Day Rental (Beginning at 8:00am): $7,500.00

Additional Event Hours: $500.00

*Rental includes (2) hours of set up and (1) hour of breakdown

*The following holidays require a 25% price increase: Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years

*All events require food and beverage to be provided by a licensed and insured caterer

 
 

Inclusions

  • Access to (16) Bistro Chairs, (5) Adjustable High Top tables, all existing lounge furniture, rugs, and coffee tables and long farm table.

  • WiFi & aux hook up for you and your vendors

  • Adjustments

    Additional set-up hours available at $250/hour

    Additional event hours and breakdown hours available at $500/hour

    Ticketed events must have rental fee paid in full in advance and Point of Contact must be on site and provide venue with copy of guest list

    Non-profit discount of ten percent (10%) for 501(c)3s

    Floral Arrangements available through our preferred vendor Ultra Violet.
